My cat Moki is ALWAYS acting like he wants to go outside…. because he is long haired I prefer than he stays in so I do not have to worry about his fur matting up. But since he wanted to go out so badly I bought him a harness on Amazon and he was NOT a fan. He did well at first but once cars started going by he was all done!

This is my baby Esther or as I call her, Etter Better. I’ve been with my boyfriend for over a year now and I’m still trying to convince him to letting me have her at our house. Right now, she’s at my mom’s. Tomorrow is a sad day for us because we have to take a trip to the vet. Etter has had a tumor growing in her stomach and tomorrow we find out if it’s cancerous or not and if it’s spread to the rest of her body. Hoping for the best. I just don’t want my girl to be in pain.

No work and nothing to do means a lazy day for the girls. Our trip to San Fran wore me out so I’ll be spending most the day in bed which Lily doesn’t mind. Lily hasn’t left my side since we got home so I’m sure she’s happy that I’ll be home all day with her.

Penelope and I got to join my boyfriend on one of his work trips. We went to San Francisco for five days so Lily was home alone. While we were gone our neighbor feed her for us but for the most part, Lily was alone. Lily probably just laid on the stairs staring at the door, waiting for us to come home like she does when my boyfriend is gone. When we got home Lily was so excited to see us. I set Penelope down to make her a bottle and when I turned around, Lily was sitting in the car seat with her. I don’t know if that meant Lily missed Penelope too or if she just wanted to make sure I saw her and gave her attention too.

Back with a Moki picture! Over the spring break I had no trips planned and tried to relax as much as I possibly could. Luckily, my kitty was on the same page!

Tonight while playing with my daughter, I got a picture of Lily actually giving Penelope the stink eye. We were gone most of the day running errands so Lily was home alone. When we got home, Lily was super excited to see us and was expecting all the attention but when she wasn’t getting it, she just sat staring at Penelope. I just put my daughter to bed and Lily is laying right by my side, getting her loving’s.

My boyfriend travels a lot for work. He’s in a different state for three days every other week. Today he left us for Kansas City and I had a day off so we had a lazy day. Thankfully, Penelope was on board with sleeping in today and of course Lily didn’t mind staying in bed and cuddling with us. Lily always gets upset when my boyfriend leaves and will lay on the stairs, staring at the door until he gets home. I have to make sure to give her extra attention when he’s gone. Most of the time, I have to hand feed her because she won’t even eat when he’s gone. It’s weird because she misses her dad so much when he’s gone but as soon as he’s back, she’s back to being glued to me.

And the jealous puppy saga continues…

Again, Lily is a very needy and cuddly dog. This morning as I’m feeding my baby, Lily circles Penelope, trying to find some way to sit on my lap too. About 10 minutes of me pushing Lily off of Penelope, go by and she finally gives up and just sits above her, watching, until Penelope finishes her bottle. Lily and I do this five times a day at every feeding. The funny thing is, she can be off doing her own thing but as soon as I have Penelope in my lap with the bottle, Lily is barking to be picked up and tries to find a way to sit on my lap with her sister.

This is a little throwback to this past Christmas. While taking my daughter’s first Christmas photos, Lily kept getting jealous because she wasn’t getting any attention, so I had a photoshoot for her to so she wouldn’t feel left out.

Penelope was born October 23rd 2018 and Lily has hard a really hard time adjusting to someone else getting attention in the house. For 3 years, Lily has been an only child and now she has to adjust to having a little sister.
